Q. What is a Baby Hamper?
A. Each Baby Hamper is filled with a collection baby gifts especially chosen for their style and quality.

Typical gifts include (dependent on which Hamper you choose) designer baby-grows, romper-suits, sleep-suits, hats & mittens; blankets, baby toiletries, photo albums, comfort toys, hand puppets and soft rattles.

Each gift is individually wrapped in tissue before being carefully packed in a bamboo Hamper to ensure the 'perfect delivery'.

Each Hamper includes a Baby Hamper Company gift card on which we will handwrite your message.

Our Hampers come in a range of sizes and in two main styles: "Classic" and "Funky", for both Boys and Girls or, if you prefer, we can create a Bespoke Hamper especially for you.

Once ordered online, Hampers are dispatched by courier and normally arrive within two days.

Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. There's a standard delivery charge of £7.50 on all Hampers. This is simply the amount that our courier company charge us.

We have considered other 'cheaper' options such as 1st Class Post, but unfortunately the quality of delivery just can't be guaranteed.

Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Hampers normally arrive within two working days. We aim to dispatch orders received by 2 pm on the same day. Any orders after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Q. Which currencies do you accept?
A. We currently accept Sterling only online.

Q. Can I personalise the Hamper with my own message?
A. Each Hamper includes a Baby Hamper Company gift card which can be personalised with your own message. Please ensure that you complete this section when making your purchase.

Q. What if someone else has purchased the same Hamper for the same baby?
A. We take great care in making sure that no one receives a duplicate Hamper. In the event that the Hamper you choose has already been purchased for the same recipient, we shall contact you. You could either choose the alternative style or we can create a bespoke Hamper for you.
